Vancouver's Olympic Opening Ceremonies were beautiful...Now the fun begins and it's time for the Athletes to compete for the honor to wear the Gold, Silver and Bronze metals for their abilities and skills. My husband and I have been watching the games for decades (our daughter Kristi got us into it) and many times we didn't agree with many of the judges decisions. How about you? Have you always agreed or found yourself disputing the voting?
Well now is your chance - on this Blog I will write my daily opinions about the coverage NBC is airing and what we think about the judges decisions for the next few weeks -and you can too by adding your comments. The comments for will be open for all and none will be deleted unless they are BLO (brutally language offensive).
NBC's website has the schedule and more Olympic information.
Today after hearing about the first fatal accident I felt tonight the Olympic Committee were very respectful to the Georgian team when they and the crowd gave them a standing ovation out of respect for the loss of the young man who lost his life. VANCOUVER (Reuters) - Nodar Kumaritashvili, a 21-year-old Georgian luger, died in a horrific crash
Only other minor glitch was lighting the Olympian Flame - if you didn't see it last night- click here to review a video clip -
